Are you our new digital communicator?

Do you want to help communicate solutions that make society function – every day? At Tekniska verken, you will play a key role in developing our digital channels and creating clear, accessible, and user-friendly communication for thousands of customers. Here, you combine strategy, analysis, and creativity with a meaningful mission that truly makes a difference.

As a digital communicator, you will develop our external websites and make it easy for our customers to find and understand the right information. You are an important part of our web team and switch between strategy and operational work – from analysis and keywords to structure, text, and publication. With a sense for language and user experience, you create clear, accessible, and effective content. In our CMS, you drive improvements and use analysis and testing to advance our digital communication. With varied and significant tasks, your days will be filled with:

• planning, creating, and publishing content on the web – focusing on clarity, plain language, and digital accessibility
• building and improving web pages in our CMS (EpiServer/Optimizely)
• conducting keyword analyses and optimizing content for search
• working with digital analysis, following up on goals, and optimizing prioritized flows
• conducting A/B tests and other activities to improve user experience and conversion
• working closely with colleagues, experts, designers, and developers to develop our digital communication

The position is a temporary contract starting after agreement until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension.

Experiences you bring and share with us:

• post-secondary education in media, communication, marketing, or equivalent experience
• good experience working with the web, preferably in an organization where accessibility and plain language are a natural part of the mission
• experience working with search engine optimization
• experience working with web analytics, preferably in Piwik Pro or similar tools
• practical experience in conversion optimization, such as A/B testing, optimizing flows, and landing pages
• experience with EpiServer/Optimizely
